If you’re around the Scranton area this weekend, I recommend that you check out the annual Scranton Zine Fest, to be held at the Tripps Park Community Center on Saturday from 11-6. While the term “zine” may conjure up images of handmade, DIY magazines, the festival includes a host of other vendors besides zinesters. In past years, there was art, records, and movies for sale, among other items.  This year is unique because it will also feature an entire day’s worth of live music.
